SATURDAY 14th July 9.30am || Our first Breakfast Club kicks off with, well, a health kick, from Health Coach Naama! This is a breakfast blended with all the learning you need to create the most balanced nutrition you can from a smoothie or smoothie bowl.
SUNDAY 9th September 10am - 1pm || Pregnant ladies! Come with your birth partner to this experiental workshop. Practice breathing techniques, movement, relaxation and positions ideals to each stage of labour and birth
