This expertly designed yoga class is for all postnatal women, whether your baby is brand new or older, Jules will guide you through gentle breath work, yoga postures and relaxations specifically designed to restore and revive your postnatal body.
Your baby (up to walking age) is more than welcome to come to the class too so you can care for them as needed in a supportive environment. The class is totally designed for your baby to stay close to you and be carried in a sling if required. If your baby is older and you feel as though postnatal yoga is suitable for you, please still come along, you will always be welcome and can share your knowledge with the newer mums if you feel able.
If your baby is very new (under 6 weeks) or you have had a particularly difficult birth please speak with Jules before the class so she can make sure you are comfortable during the class.
Classes will initially run during school term time.
