‘How do I start yoga?’ is one of the most common questions we get asked (yes it can be super confusing), so we thought we’d try and help by creating a little visual to show you know which We Are Wellness class might suit your personal starting point.
We are all different, which is why we’ve suggested different options depending on how much you currently move. For example if you’re already physically active and body aware you may not need to start at the VERY beginning.
