We are offering a range of training packages with our fitness coach. From ultra specific goals like getting those hand balances nice and strong to working on general fitness such as body fat loss, strength training and anything in between.
Private fitness and yoga sessions are ideal for when you need a tailored approach. So if you're worried about trying yoga for the first time in a class setting or not sure what style of yoga class to choose for your lifestyle or goals; if you're injured or have been recommended yoga from your GP or if you're working to a very specific fitness or yoga goal then our teachers and trainers are available on a one to one basis to help you.
