We are offering a range of training packages with our fitness coach. From ultra specific goals like getting those hand balances nice and strong to working on general fitness such as body fat loss, strength training and anything in between.
We are all individuals, so it's totally normal to have stuff going on in our bodies that might need support and individual attention from a teacher. That is why our teachers are available on a one-to-one basis to help you!
