10th March 11.30am-1.30pm || This is a therapeutic workshop designed to nurture women's health, healing & vitality by using supportive breath awareness, specific core and hip awareness exercises, gentle movement and deep relaxation.
Sat 21 April | 10-1pm. You will be guided through drawing techniques designed to improve your ability to cope in times of stress, providing you with the skills to allow the process of drawing become an important tool in your wellness routine.
Sunday 13 May 10am -1pm || Pregnant ladies! Come with your birth partner to this experiental workshop. Practice breathing techniques, movement, relaxation and positions ideals to each stage of labour and birth
We have a weekly Mysore class, every Thursday 7pm where you will be supported from beginner to advanced. To get to know the Ashtanga Primary Series try one of our weekly Ashtanga classes. We will be running this workshop again in future. Keep your eyes peeled!
