Whether is it due to how we have evolved as a gender, how society has shaped us, or both, we women so often find ourselves holding a lot in life; emotionally, logistically and practically. This has been termed the ‘mental load’ and is a very real experience for so many of us.
This workshop (run by a coach and woman with her own mental load) gives you the space and time to step back and look at the things that really matter, the choices you have around the things in your life that are non-negotiable and an opportunity to commit to giving less head space and energy to the things that don’t actually need as much as you are giving them and to find the space within you.
We will also be looking at how we can have a tendency to be different people in the different aspects of our lives. What if we were simply ourselves, throughout our lives? Whole women, able to pull on our many wonderful and dynamic resources whatever situation or relationship we were engaging in. To be magnificently, authentically us, imperfections and all, all of the time.
We are so capable, so resourceful and so strong. We can hold, manage and lead an incredible amount in life but we need space and time to do that and do it well……without crumbling or burning out.
Come along and take the time to look at your life and how you want to approach it and engage with it. Together we will create a playful, compassionate and courageous space.
