In afternoon yoga you can get the best of both worlds. If this is a time when you have most energy, then it may be the perfect time to move your body, yet, if you need to wind down after a long, busy, perhaps stressful day then a yoga class may be the right option for you.

We will be flowing from one posture to the next, incorporating our breaths. Allowing ourselves to destress, release tension and improve flexibility and mobility.

This class will be running at the same time as our Kids yoga class, so if you are wondering what to do whilst your kid is enjoying an afternoon class of fun, relaxing yoga and it may be the only time you get to have some downtime for yourself, then maybe an afternoon yoga class will be the perfect place for you.
