Ashtanga Beginners is based on the Ashtanga beginners yoga primary series, designed to help you develop the foundations of this strong, dynamic practice in a safe and supportive environment. You will get chance to explore the different elements that make up a typical Ashtanga based class; from the linked sequences of the sun salutations to the inversions of the finishing sequence, as well as looking at alignment of some key postures.
Whether you are brand new to yoga or looking to refine your technique, this will offer you a challenging, energising, all round practice. Just the right class for beginners and if you are returning to class after a break.

Every Monday at 8.15pm – 9.15pm in studio 1
Once you feel confident try Ashtanga every Monday at 6.30pm & every Saturday at 9.30am

This class costs £8 to drop in, a 10 class pass for 60 minute classes costs £70
or a 20 class pass costs £130.
All class passes are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
