Beginners Vinyasa Flow is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Expect a vigorous practice aligning movement with the breath to cultivate strength, flexibility and stamina so that movement becomes meditation.
This class is perfect if you are new to yoga or have been to one of our other beginners classes and are looking for your perfect style. Also perfect to let go from a busy day, it will invigorate you while leaving you completely relaxed.
