Beginners Yoga is our weekly beginners yoga class focused on supporting beginners and those still early on in their yoga journey.
Each class will move slowly and steadily through a set series of different yoga postures, that covers a little bit of everything we do in a yoga class (sun salutations, forward bends, backbends, twists, standing postures, seated postures, relaxation). The pace is slower so you have time to establish the fundamentals of alignment, breath and awareness.
Whether you are starting yoga, recapping what you’ve learnt elsewhere, or simply wanting to take it a little easier for your days practice, this is the class for you. This complements the Beginners Yoga Course we run, and if you are unable to attend the beginner courses this makes the perfect alternative.

This class costs £8 to drop in, a 10 class pass for 60 minute classes costs £70
or a 20 class pass costs £130.
All class passes are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
