Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga is a flow based style of yoga with a massive injection of anatomy and biomechanics information. Break linear and move biomechanically not traditionally for optimal strength and safety within vinyasa style yoga. New generation alignment uses myofascial muscle meridians as the primary tool for function and flow. This movement methodology can be applied to any yoga style empowering students to their next level.
Expect to get strong from the inside out, have fun and enjoy complete relaxation at the end.
