Strength, Mobility + Flexibility is a class to help you make significant gains in all these areas of movement. We cannot look at one without the other. Flexibility is nothing without the strength to support it. This class is the perfect physio type class, supporting your body to achieve balanced movement and avoid pain and injury in sports and life.
We use a mixture of techniques like HIIT to prepare the body, self massage for trigger point release, range of movement exercises, yoga flow and supported long hold postures along with various pieces of equipment to help us create space and strength in the body.
This workshop style class is for you if you want to find more ease in yoga postures; if you want every step you run or pedal you push to take less effort and become more efficient; or of course if it is your dream to one day do the splits or a deep back bend but don’t want to get injured in doing so.
The class either focuses on lower body (legs/hips) or the upper body (shoulders / spine).

This class costs £8 to drop in, a 10 class pass for 60 minute classes costs £70
or a 20 class pass costs £130.
