Join Kristen in this handstand masterclass to begin your handstand journey. The first half of the day will go through the stretching and strengthening poses that will enable your body to go into a safer, controlled handstand. This flow will be something that you can take home and practice giving you the independence to improve outside of the classroom.
Handstands like strength or flexibility does not happen over night, but through small changes and work you can practice and come back for Part 2 in our Handstand Masterclass series in a couple months to improve further. The second half of the masterclass will work on technique, tips for self handstand practice so you can approach this safely at home, knowing how to improve no matter the level you are at.
