What do I do?
As a health coach I guide, mentor and empower my clients to take responsibility for their health. I support my clients to make step-by- step changes to their food and lifestyle, so that they permanently reach their wellness goals. I do so in a way that’s enjoyable and easily integrated into their lives. Instead of prescribing one diet or way of exercising, I tailor individualized wellness programs to meet my client’s goals and needs.
Usually it is the thing we need the most is the thing we resist the most. We are wired to be afraid of change. We like to keep things in our comfort zone, in the familiar, even though deep inside we know life can be better… That’s where I come in!
How does it work?
We will meet for an initial health consultation, where you’ll have the opportunity for undivided attention from someone who wants to support you to look and feel better!
This 60 minute confidential session, available in-person or by phone, allows you to:
