This Introduction to Boxing workshop provides the complete introduction to quality glove and pad based tuition to promote cardiovascular fitness and generate a sense of confidence and well being and also kicks ass!
First we’ll take you through a demonstration of punches and then we’ll warm up with some dynamic stretches.
We’ll coach you with foot positions, jabs, cross punches, jab cross and holding pads to receive punches and meeting punches.
You’ll be nice a warmed up by then so we can stop for a 2 minute water break and then we can get on with the drills with the partner work and a lovely cool down stretch.
This is the perfect class to lose weight, tone up, gain muscle or improve strength and endurance levels.
