This power yoga class is a mixture of different yoga styles. You will work hard with standing flow sequences, a splash of ashtanga, strong playful arm balances and finish with a slower seated sequence to guide you seamlessly into relaxation.
This class is the perfect start to your week – the aim is to have fun and feel relaxed by the end. The postures and sequences are completely adaptable for any ability so don’t be put off by the word ‘power’ even if you’re a beginner. This is a great way to explore the potential of where you can go in your physical yoga practice.
