Therapeutic Neuro Linguistic Tapping (NLT) is a combination of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).
NLP and EFT work directly with the subconscious mind (where you feel and react……your instinctual brain). They are able to break long term negative thought patterns and replace them with more positive ones…. therefore, changing your mindset.
NLT is a highly effective therapeutic system that enables you to feel more confidence, clarity, calmness and relaxation. Through tapping on Meridian points (the same system used as acupuncture), NLT can also help to dissolve emotional troubles and let go of unwanted thoughts and behaviours. NLT is also used to reduce stress, and gain a sense of inner balance.

Is NLT something for you?
It can help you gain more confidence, clarity, better performance, self acceptance and self worth, relaxation and better decision-making.
It will help you have less anxiety and worries, fears, grief, anger, relationship issues, self doubt, emotional issues connected to past trauma and panic attacks.
What to expect
When a session is booked, I will email you a Pre- Session for to fill in and email back to me. This form is of course, confidential.
In our initial session we have a bit of a chat and I can explain a little bit about the process. We can also start to look at your pre- session form that you have completed and our work will begin! Initial and follow up sessions are for 60 minutes.
With Therapeutic NLT, we welcome any emotions that come up for you and give them some space. It isn’t about ignoring emotions and pushing or rushing through it. It is about dealing with them and allowing yourself to process them. My intention is to create a safe space for my clients to do this and by tapping on pressure points, perhaps using visualisation or other techniques, helping them to release these emotions, let them go and move on.
NLT sessions can leave you feeling lighter and calmer. They can enable you to feel more relaxed and have more clarity. When an emotional charge is realised, decision making becomes easier as you are more cognitive and your neo cortex (rational brain) kicks in.
It is recommended to have at least a few days in between sessions so your sub-conscious mind can adjust and we can allow everything to integrate. We are in no rush.
