Following from our popular Yoga for Women’s Health workshop this class takes the same elements to nurture the female body; using supportive breath awareness, specific core and hip awareness exercises ideal for the female shape, gentle movement and deep relaxation.
The classes will include elements of restorative womb yoga (yoga especially suited with women’s bodies), pranayama (breathing techniques) and practice yoga nidra (yogic sleep) to create a wonderful weekly 60minute experience.

By listening to your own body and it’s cycles the practice of ‘womb yoga’ enables women to connect with inner guidance and wisdom. Womb yoga is beneficial & suitable for the female sex (13-16yr olds are welcome when accompanied by an adult). It is particularly beneficial for those experiencing painful menstruation, fertility and conception issues, during pregnancy & postnatal recovery, the journey towards and through menopause and beyond.
