This is a therapeutic workshop that our women’s health yoga teacher Jules has developed over years of working with women at all stages of life. The workshop is designed to nurture women’s health, healing & vitality by using supportive breath awareness, specific core and hip awareness exercises, gentle movement and deep relaxation.
This workshop will include restorative womb yoga (yoga especially suited with women’s bodies), pranayama (breathing techniques) and practice yoga nidras (yogic sleep) to create the perfectly balanced few hours of wellness for your body.
By listening to your own body and it’s cycles the practice of ‘womb yoga’ enables women to connect with inner guidance and wisdom. Womb yoga is beneficial & suitable for all women (13-16yr olds are welcome when accompanied by an adult). It is particularly beneficial for women experiencing painful menstruation, fertility and conception issues, during pregnancy & postnatal recovery, the journey towards and through menopause and beyond.
