Born and raised in Leeds I wasn’t into sport and as a result ended up weighing 13 stone as a teenager, I first encountered yoga when I was 13 years old and then pilates when I was 21 I’ve always been interested in how fitness has the ability to improve out body not just physically but emotionally. Over a 2 year ago I qualified as an instructor and currently I’m currently certified in pre and postnatal fitness, kettlebells, suspension, indoor cycling, aqua, fitness yoga, pilates reformer and mat as well as Les Mills Body Attack and Pump. Whenever I’m not teaching you’ll find me running on a treadmill or studying towards my 200 hour ashtanga vinyasa teacher training course.
