Frankie loves the feeling of fun, well-being and community that yoga brings, even as a teacher, yoga still feels like a special treat. She believes in bringing the ancient art of yoga into the modern day in an accessible and entertaining way, creating classes that are for all-levels, where it doesn’t matter if you can touch your toes or not. Exercise and yoga should be as enjoyable as possible so that you can welcome it into your everyday life. With an emphasis on de-stress and relaxation (after some hard work!), you will leave her classes feeling lighter and more at ease!
My favourite snack is chocolate… and chocolate flavoured things!
My biggest release is…. Sitting crossed legged, scrunching my face, fists and body into the smallest ball possible and throwing a silent tantrum…. actually great exercise!
