Jules’ passion lies in women’s health.
She takes a holistic and caring approach to all aspects of therapeutic massage, integrated myofascial release, Thai massage & pregnancy & postnatal massage. After completing advanced training with the MTI (Massage Training Institute) and Jing advanced massage training, Jules is the woman to see for amazing & transformational bodywork.
Jules teaches weekly pregnancy and postnatal yoga classes and runs regular popular womb yoga, yoga nidra & birth preparation workshops. Inspired by her womb yoga therapy and doula training and her own 3 children, she is definitely a hub of knowledge when it comes to fertility, pregnancy, birth and motherhood.
Jules’ classes are more than just yoga, she creates an atmosphere inspired by her yoga teacher, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, where you can slow down, listen to your intuitive self, to move and breathe in a way that can make you totally at ease, unwind and become totally relaxed.
Her gentle Yorkshire tones in her bespoke yoga nidra and chocolate meditations at the end of her workshops and classes are definitely well loved!
My favourite place in Yorkshire is… the river at Burnsall for a spot of wild swimming with Anna & our kids!
You wouldn’t know that… I once drove straight to Paris with my friend to see Iron Maiden, slept in my car then drove home the next morning after climbing up the Eiffel Tower!
