Music and movement have always been at the centre of Pam’s life through Ballet as a child, at home and socially. Yoga has given her another way in which to explore this area. Pam is creative with her movement and this allows for a natural flow, but she also values the knowledge of how and why the body moves in such a way. As well as feeling free through movement she also loves the discipline of ashtanga and hot hatha yoga.
In Pam’s classes, relaxed and comfortable is the key. Pam teaches an ashtanga fusion style class where people can join at any level. The ashtanga class is a modified practice to suit your body so you will feel the benefits.
